If your panel gives you an error message informing you of a radio modem network failure alert. This means your panel isn't communicating, with our monitoring station.
From time to time cell towers will go down momentarily and in many cases the panel will restore itself. If this happens, try acknowledging the alert.
How to acknowledge the alert:
1. Tap on the screen to activate (if not already on)
2. Click the security button.
3. Click the yellow box with the exclamation mark.
4. Click ok.
If the alert goes away, then the system has reset itself.
