Aside from that a rare circumstance, such as the one mentioned above, Epic Alarm maintains restrict policy against monitoring systems that were installed by other companies.
The reasoning for this is simple. We want you to be happy with us. As we strove to achieve as close to 100% customer satisfaction as possible. If we monitor systems that were installed by other companies, we have no way to ensure that everything was done properly. If something goes wrong along the way or if the system doesn’t perform the way it’s supposed to, you will undoubtedly be disappointed with us and that’s not the way we like to start or build our relationships with our clients.
