Cancellation Notice Requirement: 60 Days

To allow for proper processing and coordination, we require a 60-day written notice to cancel your alarm monitoring service. This notice period ensures a smooth transition and prevents any unintended service interruptions or billing issues.

How to Submit a Cancellation Request

To officially cancel your monitoring service, please send a written cancellation request at least 60 days before your desired cancellation date. You can submit this request through any of the following methods:

  • Be sure to include:
    • The service address
    • A brief reason for your cancellation
