The image of a video device can be flipped in order to be compatible with a variety of mounting positions. Flipping the image using software is often easier than flipping the camera physically.
Note: This setting can only be changed when logging into the Alarm.com customer website on a laptop or desktop computer.
To flip a camera's image:
- Log into the Alarm.com customer website.
- Click Video.
- Click Settings.
- Using the Video Device dropdown menu, select the video device to adjust.
- Click Video Device Image.
- Click to select Flip Image.
- Click Save.
