You may call, live chat, e-mail and fill out an online form here (link) to contact your friendly epic alarm success team to assist you with resetting your password.
OR
2. Reset It Yourself
- Open the Alarm.com website

- Click "Login Help"
- Enter your username under the "Forgot Your Password?" tab then click "Submit".
A password reset request will be sent to your email.
