Note: This is a how-to-guide on how to add an additional login. This is not the how-to-guide if you only want to add a user (a person with a code to the security panel, for how to add a user guide click here.
An additional login is best when a second (or third, etc) person needs access to an Alarm.com account and/or would like to login/control settings on a mobile app.
This action is currently limited to a desktop browser, so you must use a computer to do this.
STEPS:
1. Login to your alarm.com account here: https://epicalarm.com/login/
2. Click Users on the left hand side panel.
3. Click manage logins at the top
4. Click Add a Login button.
5. Complete the necessary information and steps after that.
